  • What are your rates?

Every client and situation have different needs, so we build custom quotes for each based on services needed, size of areas, frequency of cleanings and other factors. Please contact us today for your custom quote!

  • Can we tip our housekeeper?

Yes! Tips are allowed and appreciated! 

​

  • Do I need to be home during a scheduled cleaning?

We prefer our customers to be home during our initial cleaning so that we can meet and do a pre-cleaning walk through and post-cleaning quality check. After your first cleaning, you do not need to be home, just communicate information on how to enter the residence beforehand!

  • Do pets need to be put up during a scheduled cleaning?

If you will not be home, please have your pets put up during your cleaning so that we can work safely and efficiently!

  • What payment options do you accept?

We accept venmo, cards, checks and cash. Please note there is an 8% processing fee for venmo and card transactions.

  • Do you provide all cleaning equipment and supplies?

Yes!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours prior, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee.

  • What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?

Make sure alarms are disarmed, we know how to access the house, and no minors are left unattended. Please clear clutter unless it's part of the service we are providing. If you'd like beds made, please put out the sheets that you'd like used.

  • Do you have a warranty/satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We do quality checks at the end of each cleaning and will correct anything noted in those checks. If you're not home at the time of the cleaning and are unsatisfied with anything, please let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to correct any issues with no additional charges.

  • Is there anything you don't clean?

Due to safety and sanitation reasons we do not clean litter boxes or any human or animal waste or bodily fluids.

  • What if we have bugs?

Please let us know if we will be providing a service in a space inhibited by bugs. Whether we will be cleaning for an extermination prep, post extermination, or providing services in other areas of the house, we need to be informed when your appointment is made so that we can bring proper supplies and allot for appropriate time. If we encounter bugs that we were not informed about there will be an additional fee added to your total services fee.
